What we collect
This website has no accounts, sign-ups or contact forms, so we don't collect your name, email or payment details here.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, like which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are from, what device they use, and which links they click. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. We use site-usage reports to review these visits. You can read how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and opt out with Google's browser add-on.
The website code disables Google signals and advertising personalization signals. Google Analytics loads on our public website, not on local or branch previews. You can also manage ad personalization in your Google ad settings.
Cloudflare hosts this website. Its services receive web requests when you visit. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure page performance. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for information about its handling of service data.
Your dates in this browser
When you choose valid dates and a guest count, this site remembers them in your browser tab so booking links on other pages carry the same selection. This uses session storage, which lasts until the tab is closed. Your selection is sent to Cozy on Arrival when you follow a booking link or submit the dates form.
Booking
When you submit the dates form, your check-in date, checkout date and selected guest count are sent in the URL to Cozy on Arrival. The link also identifies Rossville and the property. Cozy on Arrival lists this house as Hillside Retreat and handles booking details on its own site. Read Cozy on Arrival's privacy policy before entering personal or payment details.
