The kids' room, with its own TV so the grown-ups can have the living room.

Is it actually in Chattanooga?
It's in Rossville, Georgia, right across the state line. Downtown Chattanooga is about 15 minutes away, and Lookout Mountain, Ruby Falls and Rock City are about 20.
How private is the house?
It sits at the end of a quiet dead-end lane with a big yard and mature trees. There's one house next door. Guests describe it as peaceful and secluded, especially for how close it is to town.
Is it good for kids?
Yes. There's a kids' room with two single beds and a fold-up, a pack 'n play with its own sheet, board games and a Pac-Man arcade. An adult should be with kids in or near the hot tub.
How big is the hot tub?
It fits four adults. It's kept heated, so it's ready when you arrive.
What's provided, and what should we bring?
Linens, towels, hot tub towels, shampoo and body wash, coffee, detergent, basic pantry staples and a pack 'n play are all here, plus a full kitchen with enough dishes for eight. Bring groceries, firewood and bug spray for summer evenings.
What are the house rules?
Up to 8 guests, and the person booking must be 25 or older. No pets, because of the owners' allergies. No parties or events, and no smoking indoors. Checkout is 10 AM Eastern.
